How do I order online? (Return to top)

Once you have selected your title to purchase ? click ?add to basket?, which will add your chosen title to your shopping basket. If your order information is correct press continue to proceed to the checkout.

If you wish to change any details then please click ?update basket? before you either ?continue shopping? or proceed to the checkout.

You will need to log-in by giving your user name and password. You will either be a new or existing user. If you are a ?new user? you will need to register.

If you are an ?existing user? you will be asked for your credit card details and only when you click the ?make payment? your order will be placed and your card charged.

How do I order offline? (Return to top)

You may prefer to order offline, please email: sales@e-elgar.co.uk or sales@e-elgar.com in N and S America, fax or post your order to the address below and we will forward your order to our distributor. Please quote WEB on your order to receive your pre-payment discount.

Credit card details - including card type (e.g. Visa), number and expiry date (please note our US office does not accept Access or Switch cards and Diners cards are not acceptedby either distributors)

How much will I be charged for postage and packing? (Return to top)

Despatch details are approximate as follows for orders processed by Marston Book Services. All prices are dependant on size and weight of book/s.

They expect to despatch within 48 hours but please allow up to 7 working days during peak periods.
UK: £2.75 for the first book, 50p thereafter;
Europe: £3.00 per book for up to 5 copies; £2.00 per book for 6 or more copies (Surface post):
Northern Europe - up to 10 working days and Southern Europe - up to 21 working days
ROW: £5.00 per book for up to 5 copies, £4.00 per book for 6 or more copies (Airmail); up to 28 working days.

There are various courier methods available, details are on request.

Shipping and Handling details are as follows for orders processed by AIDC.

They ship all orders within 5 days of receipt. In the event that a book is not available, your order will be recorded and the book dispatched as quickly as possible.

US: (UPS Ground)

$6.00 for the first book
$1.50 for each additional book
$12.00 each for Two and Three-volume reference sets (for larger sets
additional volumes will be $3 each)

Outside US: Airmail (6-8 weeks)

$15.00 for the first book
$5.00 for each additional book
$20.00 each for Two and Three-volume reference sets (for larger sets
additional volumes will be $10 each)

I am an author - how do I claim my author discount? (Return to top)

Edward Elgar authors are entitled to 50% discount off the normal retail price on all publications. The 50% author discount is only available on copies purchased for personal use.

Please remember to provide your name, full delivery address, including postcode, billing address if different and details of how you wish to pay. Full payment is required before books are despatched. Postage is not included.
